Damien Latestere
Wine DnA co-founders, he is Denis Latestere's son, a fine Sainte Croix-du-Mont wine grower: Château Pampelune.
His family has been growing vines and making its own wine since 1923. The fields have been chosen based on their exposure to the sun which allow an homogeneous maturation of the grapes. Harvesting is done by hand. 2 to 3 passages are made every year to secure the harvest quality.
The wines are then aged in the traditional way according to the recommendations of the ancestors listed in a script that collects and comments on all of the harvest since the creation of the property.
Today, Damien starts trading wine and promoting the products of our region.
